About Us

Bistro 7 is a modern take on the classic French bistro. Starting with the best of local, seasonal ingredients, Chef/Proprieter Michael O'Halloran applies the precision of modern french culinary technique and a meticulous eye to design, and the resulting dishes are complex, mutilayered, unmistakenly French and always delicious. We are BYOB establishment. and are open for dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays, with our first seating at 5:30 and last seating at 9:30 Tuesday through Thursday,  10:30 Friday and Saturday.

Feast on the Beast

We offer a seasonally changing 'Feast on the Beast' meal, comprised of a lovingly and painstakingly prepared primal cut (i.e. beef shank, pork belly, leg of lamb) or an entire beast (i.e. duck, rabbit, suckling pig, striped bass), served whole and family style with a long list of sides and accoutrements. The meal requires reservations at least 6 days in advance, is for groups of four or more, and pricing is based on the beast du jour. Click for our current Feast on the Beast offering.

Private Dining/BYOB Cocktail Parties

Private dining is available for groups of 12 to 35 on our second floor dining room (for groups larger than 35, we can often times offer accommodations on our first floor space). With a wide variety of menu options available, we can provide the perfect cuisine and room for just about any occasion. And keep in mind that BYOB doesn't have to mean wine or beer!  We maintain a fully stocked bar of classic, artisinal cocktail mixers in our second floor dining room for all of your cocktail party needs. See details here.

Cooking Classes

Bistro 7 hosts cooking classes on the third Tuesday of every month. Led by Chef Michael, the classes are a combination of demonstration and hand's on participation, and will focus on a different topic each month. The classes start at 6:00 pm sharp, begin with light snack, an apertif, and a brief lecture on the evenings agenda. Students are then guided through the preparation and execution of multiple courses, which are then enjoyed at a communal table at the end of the evening (around 9:00), with 1 guest per student invited to join in the feast. While the atmosphere is certainly laid-back and fun, you will definitely leave with some serious new culinary skills. Classes are limited to eight students, and reservations are required. Check out the current class schedule.
